The "Camp Chair" received the prestigious the Design Excellence Award, from City AZ Magazine. The design incorporates ergonomic comfort features found only in high-end office task chairs, which was a direct result of extensive ergonomic, observational and lifestyle research across the US conducted by the Metaphase team. A. The seat and the backrest work independently through a unique stretch fabric suspension system, effectively eliminating the "hammock-effect" present in current folding chairs, providing a more ergonomic and comfortable posture. B. Armrest grips are padded and positioned to aid ingress and egress. The frame in this region flares outward providing more room for thighs and appears more inviting. C.
